Welcome to my Blog!

Welcome to my photo blog! Here is where I document my love for art through the lens of my camera. I fell in love with fashion at the ripe age of 13 and soon discovered that I had a an eye for creativity. I love finding art in all forms through various mediums from fashion, photography and everything in between! I hope to interpret my vision, capture and document it through stories and images to leave my trail of footprints along the way. Mya, Taylor and Jordyn were my modeling misses for Courtney Courtney, a fabulous clothing designer who creates amazing one-of-a-kind pieces.  I absolutely love her dresses because they’re urban-chic and and not to mention, very comfortable for your lil’ ones!  You can dress it up or dress it down for completely different looks and no matter how you wear it, your lil’ one will still be stylin’!  CourtneyCourtney was generous enough to offer a free upgrade to priority shipping if you mention this very post when checking out!  Gotta love it!

Just Spotted

It’s a Beautiful Thing

A mother.  A daughter.  A connection.  It was real and these two radiated warmth, beauty and a connection that was undeniable.  It’s a beautiful thing and I’m glad I was able to capture that.  Thank you both for a wonderful session!

Red, White & Blue

July 3, 2009

I wanted to wish everyone a safe and wonderful 4th of July weekend this weekend.  We will be traveling out of state due to a death in the family, so I won’t be able to update the blog within the next week.  I also wanted to let everyone know that I am still alive and kicking despite the lack of posts!  Don’t fret – I look forward to posting upon my return as I have lots of great sessions to post!  Happy 4th of July from our family to yours!

Baby Love

“Baby love, my baby love…”

I was a wreck – a nervous wreck throughout the shoot.  Newborns are unfamiliar and personally, it’s been so long – so long since I’ve fed a baby, kissed a baby and held a baby and here I was photographing a newborn.  Despite the jitters, I was anxious and antsy about the session.  This was one of my first newborn shoots and although it’s not my forte, I will try my hand at anything…at least once!  Congratulations, Mom and Dad!  She’s a beauty!
